It’s one of the easiest and perhaps most exciting ways to enjoy the pristine waters of the East End. SUP is for everyone, from the most athletic to the least. Whether you come to us for fitness training or cruising, we have the scenery and the service to make your adventure one to remember.

Our chief instructor, Steve German, has many years of surfing and stand-up paddling experience and is sensitive to the needs of the novice and advanced paddler alike. Teaching beginning children or adults to paddle quickly and correctly comes naturally to him as does working with those who might need to brush up on technique.sup hz

With just one lesson you can be up on a board, then paddling and quickly cruising along! After just a few lessons you’ll develop better balance and coordination while building your strength and endurance.

Exploring the wildlife of the East End is one of the joys of kayaking.

E003648 Aside from the great exercise and sense of adventure kayaking offers, it also brings nature close enough to touch. We send boats out daily to Morton Wildlife Sanctuary where birds are so tame they have been known to eat seed from hiker’s hands. Pull up on Clam Island for a rest and some sun bathing or push on to the end of Jessup’s Pond way back inside the Refuge. Explore Noyack Creek and Mill Creek or just take the kayak for the afternoon over to Circle Beach for some paddling fun whenever you feel like it. Whatever you decide, you’ll enjoy your time on the on the water.
